What is Reflective Practice?

To reflect and think in-depth about work activity with the aim to understand, develop and improve the quality of your work.

What Does Reflective Practice Look Like for my team or company?

A set one hour regular weekly or monthly session on line or in person with a trained facilitator

Can the group function or purpose be directed by the team or corporate management?

This is dependent on the company and facilitator contracting stage. The primary purpose of this type of group work is to encourage each and every member to reflect on their own behaviour, thoughts, emotions to encourage improved quality of work
