  1. Confidentiality of Coaching Sessions

All information disclosed during individual or group coaching sessions will be treated as strictly confidential

We will not share any personal details, session content, or identifying information with third parties without your explicit consent, except in circumstances outlined in number 4 Limits to Confidentiality

2. Collection and Use of Information

The personal information we collect may include your name, contact details, and any other details relevant to your coaching sessions.

This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering our coaching services and enhancing your experience. It will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes unless you give us permission.

3. Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal information, protecting it against unauthorized access, accidental loss, or disclosure.

All notes, documents, and recordings (if any) from coaching sessions are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

4. Limits to Confidentiality

While we are committed to maintaining confidentiality, there are some legal and ethical situations where we may be required to disclose certain information:

4.1 Imminent Harm: If we believe you are at risk of causing harm to yourself or others, we may be obligated to report this to appropriate authorities or individuals (such as a healthcare provider or emergency contact).

4.2 Legal Requirements: In certain cases, we may be legally required to disclose information, such as in response to a court order.

4.3 Safeguarding: If we become aware of the abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult, we are legally required to report this to the relevant authorities.

5. Group Coaching and Workshops

In group coaching sessions or workshops, we encourage all participants to respect the confidentiality of others by not sharing personal information outside of the group. However, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of shared information in these settings, and participants are responsible for what they choose to disclose.

6. Client Consent

Before sharing any information outside the coaching relationship (for instance, in case studies, supervision, or peer discussions), we will seek your written consent. Even in these situations, we will ensure that your identity and personal details remain anonymous unless otherwise agreed.

7. Termination of Services

Upon termination of our coaching services, all coaching session notes and files will be retained for a period of 5 years as required by the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. After that period, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed unless you request otherwise.

Data related to financial records (including invoices and payment records) will be kept for 6 years in accordance with HMRC regulations.

Contact information, general communication and emails will be retained for a period of 1 year or until the period of consent is withdrawn.

8. Your Rights
